Karen Todner

Managing Director

 Our Managing Director Karen qualified in 1987 and has overall responsibility for the firm, its staff and the high standards of service we give to our clients.

She has extensive experience in dealing with high profile cases particularly in relation to extradition and serious criminal matters.  Recent high profile cases she has dealt with include representing Gary McKinnon (Pentagon Hacker) who faces extradition to the USA, the ‘Crete 5’ who face extradition to Greece and many other European Arrest Warrant matters. 

A Supervisor on the Specialist Fraud Panel Karen is also a Duty Solicitor on nine schemes. 

Karen is the Vice President of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.  She is also a President of the Mental Health Review Tribunal.

Karen is ranked in Chambers Legal Directory and has been described as ‘a force to be reckoned with’ and ‘the Master Organiser’.

Karen read law at the University of Exeter and has been the Senior Partner of the firm since its inception in 1990.
