Baby RB's father goes to court to prevent switching off son's life support machine

Christopher Cuddihee, who heads up the Public Law Department at Kaim Todner, is representing the father of Baby RB who suffers from a rare, genetic condition called congenital myasthenic syndrome which makes it impossible to breathe independently.

Baby RB is the subject of court proceedings this week to prevent the NHS Trust from switching off his life support machine.
