The extradition of Christopher Tappin will take place on 24th February when Mr Tappin has to surrender to Heathrow Police Station at 9.30am.

The European Court of Human Rights has refused the application not to extradite Mr Tappin and therefore his extradition to America will take place within the next 10 days.

Following the High Court’s refusal to certify a point of law of public importance in the case of Christopher Tappin we now propose to issue an Application for Rule 39 Relief to the European Court of Human Rights.
